Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
ACS Enterprise is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to information about restoration services, especially in an emergency, should never be blocked by a barrier on our end.
What We’re Working Toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized benchmark for accessible web content. In practical terms, that means we work to ensure:
- Page structure uses proper heading hierarchy so screen readers can navigate logically.
- Images include descriptive alternative text.
- Color contrast meets minimum ratios so text remains readable for visitors with low vision or color-vision differences.
- All interactive elements, forms, buttons, phone links, are reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
- No content flashes or auto-plays in a way that could trigger photosensitive responses.
This site is built with screen-reader compatibility in mind. We test against common assistive technology combinations and address issues as they are identified.
Known Limitations
We are a small, locally operated restoration contractor, not a dedicated web-development team. Some third-party content, embedded maps, external scheduling tools, or documents in PDF format, may not yet meet the same standard as our core pages. We are aware of this gap and evaluate it on an ongoing basis.
If you encounter a specific barrier, please tell us. Your report is the fastest way for us to prioritize a fix.
How to Report an Issue
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, we want to know. You can reach us by:
- Phone: (432) 847-4704
- Email: elcabimero1971@gmail.com
- Mail: ACS Enterprise, 2318 Horizon Rd, Midland, TX 70705
When you contact us, please describe the page you were visiting, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and what you were trying to do. That detail helps us reproduce the problem and address it accurately.
Our Response Commitment
We will acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and aim to resolve or provide a meaningful workaround within 30 days for issues within our direct control. For barriers tied to third-party tools, we will contact the vendor and keep you informed of progress.
If a specific piece of information on this site is inaccessible to you right now, call or email us directly, we are glad to read content aloud, send information in an alternative format, or answer questions over the phone so you are never left without the help you need.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. As we update content and add new features, we review those changes against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We treat reported issues as a continuous feedback loop, not a compliance exercise.
