Privacy Policy
What Information We Collect
When you reach out through our contact form, request an estimate, or call us directly, we collect only what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics through our website host, page visits, general geographic region, device type, to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not use tracking pixels, sell advertising, or build behavioral profiles.
How We Use Your Information
Every piece of information you share is used for one purpose: helping you. That means responding to your inquiry, scheduling an on-site estimate, coordinating the scope of work, and, when you authorize it, communicating with your insurance carrier on your behalf. We do not use your contact information for marketing lists, third-party promotions, or any purpose unrelated to your service request.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only time your information leaves our hands is when you explicitly authorize us to coordinate with your insurance carrier or a third-party subcontractor necessary to complete your restoration work. In those cases, we share only what is required, claim number, loss documentation, contact details, and only with parties bound by their own professional and legal obligations to protect it.
Data Retention
We retain job records, estimates, and related documentation for as long as required by Texas contractor regulations and standard business practice, typically several years following project completion. Contact form submissions that do not result in a service engagement are not stored indefinitely. If you would like your information removed from our records and no legal retention obligation applies, contact us and we will honor that request promptly.
Your Rights as a Visitor
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of that data, though we do not sell data under any circumstances. Visitors from other states have similar rights under applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, reach out to us directly using the contact information below. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises privacy rights.
GDPR applies primarily to businesses that actively target EU residents. As a Texas-based restoration contractor serving local property owners, we do not anticipate processing data subject to GDPR, but we apply the same respect for personal information regardless of where a visitor is located.
