Terms of Service
Privacy Policy
When you contact ACS Enterprise through this website, whether by submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or calling the number listed, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. We may also collect basic, anonymized analytics data (pages visited, browser type, general location) through standard website tools. We do not use tracking pixels, sell your data, or share it with advertisers.
The information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule on-site estimates, prepare documentation, and, with your explicit authorization, coordinate with your insurance carrier or adjuster on your behalf. We will never contact your insurer or share your claim details without your direction.
We retain contact and project records for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the service relationship and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations under Texas law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so opt-out rights related to data sales do not apply. GDPR is generally not applicable to a Texas-based residential and commercial restoration contractor serving a US audience, but we extend the same basic data-access and deletion rights to all visitors regardless of location.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at elcabimero1971@gmail.com or call (432) 847-4704.
Terms of Service
These terms describe the general conditions under which ACS Enterprise provides restoration and remediation services. They are not a substitute for a signed work-authorization agreement, the written authorization you sign before work begins is the document that governs the actual scope, pricing, and timeline of your project.
Estimates are not binding contracts. A written estimate reflects conditions observed at the time of inspection. Final scope and cost may change if hidden damage is discovered once work begins. No work will proceed beyond the authorized scope without your written approval.
Service area. ACS Enterprise operates in and around Midland, TX. Projects outside our standard service area may require additional coordination; contact us to confirm availability before scheduling.
Payment. Payment terms and accepted methods will be specified in your work-authorization agreement. Where insurance is involved, we will work with your carrier to document the loss and coordinate billing, but the property owner remains responsible for any amounts not covered by the policy, including deductibles.
Insurance coordination. We are experienced in working alongside insurance adjusters and can provide required documentation, photographs, and moisture readings. Coordination with your carrier is done at your direction and does not create a guarantee of coverage or claim approval, those decisions rest with your insurer.
Liability. ACS Enterprise operates as a licensed contractor under Texas state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the signed work-authorization agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed structural deficiencies, or damage that falls outside the authorized scope.
Disputes. Any dispute arising from services provided by ACS Enterprise will first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the laws of the State of Texas and the jurisdiction of Midland County courts.
Questions about these terms can be directed to elcabimero1971@gmail.com or (432) 847-4704.
