Our team operates out of Midland and covers a wide stretch of the Permian Basin, a region defined less by city limits than by long stretches of highway, caliche soil that drains poorly after heavy rain, and a housing stock that ranges from mid-century ranch homes to newer construction built during the oil-boom years. We respond throughout the greater Midland-Odessa metro and reach into the smaller communities that sit along the corridors connecting West Texas towns. Whether you’re dealing with water intrusion after a sudden storm, smoke damage from a kitchen fire, or a slow leak that’s had time to work behind your drywall, the same crew and the same process applies regardless of which side of the county line you’re on.

Properties closest to Midland receive the fastest response, our crew can load and roll without the extended drive that larger losses in outlying areas require. Communities in the immediate metro area are our most frequent service zone. From there, we extend outward to the smaller cities and unincorporated areas across Midland and Ector counties, and further still into the surrounding Permian Basin communities where neighbors are farther apart and the nearest contractor may otherwise be hours away.

For locations at the edge of our coverage area, arrival takes longer, that’s simply the geography of West Texas. We’ll be straightforward with you about estimated drive time when you call, so you can make an informed decision. For significant losses, a burst pipe that’s soaked multiple rooms, a structure fire, a large mold discovery, distance is rarely a reason we decline to help.
